YOUR LIFE AS AN AUDIT SUPERVISOR
As an Audit Supervisor, you spend much of your time managing our day-to-day accounting operations. You manage client assignments and projects as well as direct team members in meeting self-development expectations. Always looking for ways to increase the value of the firm, you actively search for opportunities to serve our clients.
You enjoy working with various non-profits, government contractors, and small businesses as you ensure positive engagement between our clients and the firm. You also act as the main point of contact throughout the audit process, from planning to fieldwork, evaluations, and wrap-up. Your analytical skills and confident attitude allow you to take tasks head-on as you prepare financial documents and lead team members. You exemplify a commitment to quality by following GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and GAAS (generally accepted auditing standards).
You delegate responsibilities to your team, and they look to you for guidance. A true leader, you foster your team's growth and contribute to the supportive company culture. You direct and review the work of seniors, advanced staff, and staff accountants. You are always willing to take on leadership roles to support our company goals. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 2 years of public accounting experience supervising audit and assurance engagements
- Active CPA license
