Structural Component Systems, Inc. of Fremont, NE is actively seeking a positive and energetic full-time Production Office Assistant to ensure the effective and smooth running of the day-to-day plant operations. This administrative position works Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with a one hour lunch and NO WEEKENDS and earns a competitive wage based on experience in the construction industry.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION OFFICE ASSISTANT
Each day you will work on a computer entering data and using Microsoft Office suite software and other specific software relative to the building component industry. This includes the following:
- Jigging jobs as they are to be loaded on each trailer including floors, roofs and/or walls and stairs.
- Instruct loaders how to load trailers.
- Print tags
- Using Bistrack, order special materials
- May include timbermill cut material lists
- Miscellaneous duties as needed
- Serve as back-up function for other production scheduling office assistants
- Serve as back-up function for Customer Service Manager
- Put work on the schedule
- Process jobs
- Check on jobs progress as needed
- Confirm load lists

Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Knowledge of Sketch-up and Bistrack software preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
- Ability to manage data, filing
- Must be self-motivated and have initiative to carry out tasks
- Able to work as part of a team
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Able to work under deadlines, prioritize tasks and multi-task
- Must be at least 18 years old and speak fluent English
- High School Diploma preferred
