What you will do: Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance. Provide technical information on the use, application, and available training for products both prior to and during surgical procedures Document every call/incident (inquiry and complaint) and prepare reports regarding the product issues that are related to day-to-day activities Provide pre- and post-procedure support by organizing and inventorying products, instruments, etc Occasionally deliver kits to and from account Assist operations with returned goods resulting from field service issues Coordinate testing of returned product for maintenance and evaluation Handle requests for the return of the products related to stock adjustments and administrative processes, consistent with Company procedures and customer privileges With the assistance of the Sales Representative, address and/or resolve issues/problems that pertain to products, field application of product, or service to ensure superior account maintenance Advise and counsel customers on their product needs, as appropriate Assist customers in purchasing/leasing/consignment of product Provide assistance to sales representatives and operations, as dictated by business needs Maintain product and professional skills competence through training and other available means; participate in continuing education seminars and refresher product/instrumentation trainings on a periodic basis Effectively identify and troubleshoot instrument-related problems experienced by our customers both during and post-procedure Interact with various Stryker marketing and product development teams and with customers concerning products and product application Act as technical liaison with Stryker manufacturing partners What you need: Post-Secondary Education Required or University Degree Preferred 1 years of work experience, related experience in the field of Orthopaedic procedures preferred Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills Must be self-motivated, self-reliant and able to work with little supervision Hospital department, Operating room experience and demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and techniques Must have near vision acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity Must be able to generate and explain detailed forecasts, guidelines, and procedures Must be able to analyze non-routine product issues using independent judgment Respects patient confidentiality What We Offer A winning team driven to achieve our mission and deliver remarkable results Quality products that improve the lives of customers and patients Ability to discover your strengths, follow your passion and own your own career Travel Percentage: 20%
