Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the efficient use of field inventory to enable sales by creating inventory reports for the sales force, analyzing orders upon booking, and upholding business standards.
Create reports to provide increased visibility to expiring product in the field.
Manage transactions of expired product in order to meet regulatory compliance standards.
Investigate and analyze field inventory utilization to ensure efficient use of assets.
Compile, review, and maintain data from Oracle and other inventory systems
Participate in lean project work, with a focus on reducing wasting and redundant processes.
Collaborate with team to improve Trials programs which will provide the salesforce access to capital equipment while remaining in budget and advocating for the business.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, adjust errors, and implement countermeasures to address the root cause of the problems
Analyze Days In Inventory to evaluate ordering quantities and drive regional inventory accountability.
Prepare and maintain records and reports of Regional inventories, shortages and/or shipments.
Collaborate with cross divisional and cross functional team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business-related concentration required.
0-2 years in related role.
Sales or field experience preferred.
Demonstrated analytical skills with high problem solving and process improvement orientation
Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity with a high level of detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated customer service skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with field-based customers via telephone and e-mail to continuously drive customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. Power BI, queries, pivot tables, etc.)
Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated discipline to carry out long-term projects and effectively inform management of progress throughout the project life cycle
Demonstrated ability to identify the root cause of a problem and initiate the implementation of effective countermeasures.
Experience working effectively in a team-based environment which places a high degree of emphasis on accountability for quality/GMP compliance, customer service, levels, inventory management and cost reduction.
