What you will do

• Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages
• Prepare product for Scheduled Surgeries
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Implement and support Quality initiatives in the Loaner Bank.
• Process orders for products in our ERP Systems and Inventory Management System
• Investigate customer complaints
• Problem solve any discrepancies
• Participate in Emergency on-call rotation schedule.
• Cross Training in JR and Trauma product Lines in preparation for on call responsibilities
• Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, Finished Goods).
• Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery shipments.
• Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc.
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed.
• Maintain Loaner Bank line clearance to avoid product errors
• Support management in preparation for Loaner Bank Audits
• Review the Late Loaner Report and partner with the Expeditor and Field Customers to schedule the return to the Loaner Bank
• Prepare Trauma Workshops sets for Medical Education, Sales Education, Branch and Agencies courses
• Work with our Field Customers (Branches, Agencies) scheduling Implants and Instrumentation for Surgeries

What you need

• 0+ year Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Additionally, what you will need

• Demonstrated phone skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able and willing to work successfully in a team environment.
• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment.  This includes situational needs assessment, product usage, and inventory control systems and processes.
• Demonstrated Computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Access, ERP Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Management Systems, RFID technology, and Robotic Inspection Technology
