What you will do
- Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages
- Prepare product for Scheduled Surgeries
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement and support Quality initiatives in the Loaner Bank.
- Process orders for products in our ERP Systems and Inventory Management System
- Investigate customer complaints
- Problem solve any discrepancies
- Participate in Emergency on-call rotation schedule.
- Cross Training in JR and Trauma product Lines in preparation for on call responsibilities
- Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, Finished Goods).
- Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery shipments.
- Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc.
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed.
- Maintain Loaner Bank line clearance to avoid product errors
- Support management in preparation for Loaner Bank Audits
- Review the Late Loaner Report and partner with the Expeditor and Field Customers to schedule the return to the Loaner Bank
- Prepare Trauma Workshops sets for Medical Education, Sales Education, Branch and Agencies courses
- Work with our Field Customers (Branches, Agencies) scheduling Implants and Instrumentation for Surgeries
What you need
- 0+ year Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Additionally, what you will need
- Demonstrated phone skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able and willing to work successfully in a team environment.
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment. This includes situational needs assessment, product usage, and inventory control systems and processes.
- Demonstrated Computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Access, ERP Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Management Systems, RFID technology, and Robotic Inspection Technology
