We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Studio41 team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Process transfers and receiving orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records with the appropriate teams
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Answering phones
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
- Able to work Saturdays
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Have excellent listening and communication skills
- Have a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
- Remain calm and able to work under pressure when busy and help other team members
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent organization and time management skills

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
