Responsibilities:
Supervise all production coordinators, managing their responsibilities and daily monitoring of each show ensuring consistency between shows for policies, paperwork and wrap on 20th Century Studios films
Interface with filmmakers during pre-production, and track/communicate status of films throughout prep, shoot, post, and delivery
Perform script analysis/breakdowns for sets, cast, locations, and sequence costs
Develop initial in-house production schedules
Perform ad hoc/special projects for Production Executives
Manage round-robin meetings with Studio Departments and filmmakers with emphasis on keeping current policies consistent across shows
Utilize existing and new relationships with other departments to coordinate resolution of Production issues quickly and efficiently
Oversee and manage relationships between Studio departments and Productions as it relates to Compliance training
Guide and influence POC and Supervisors on Films, to ensure compliance of all feature production policies and procedures, checking in with them on a weekly basis
Manage the production set up process through location clearance and production office support
Partner with new technology team to approve and track platform access for production and Studio members
Ensure BTL tracking and deal point sheets are being updated timely
Draft HOD contracts and liaise with agents for review
Other department responsibilities as needed
Work with legal and business affairs to ensure all start paperwork, contracts and templates reflect 20th Century policies and procedures in all shooting locations
Work with Studio finance to create the electronic start packets
Manage current and future digital onboarding systems for productions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production or equivalent level of experience.
5 years working in Film Production
Outstanding communication skills, written and oral.
Ability to be self-starter, ask when needed, and check in to update those above and below
Demonstrated ability to work with others, both in a supervisory role and as a collaborative team player
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, make preliminary decisions and change course of action quickly
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Computer skills, Mac & PC knowledgeable, working knowledge of MMB and MMS
