Anodizing Racker/Unracker

The Anodizing Racker/Unracker at Stylmark is responsible for properly racking and un-racking a wide variety of aluminum parts on carriers at a steady and constant pace that is compatible with Stylmark standards and expectations for work quality.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous Racking experience desired.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Able to lift and carry up to forty two pounds and be on feet for a full shift
• Ability to select proper racking equipment and create racking/carrier configurations
• Must be able to bend knees and balance to load lower areas of racks at a height of two feet from ground
• Extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
• Must be able to hand rack at height of 6’ from ground
• Inspects parts for finish quality
• Ability to read tags and extrusion specifications
• Detail oriented and quality conscious to inspect parts and able to identify unacceptable material
• Must be a team player willing to cross train within and outside department to meet company business needs
