What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Manager position at Subiaco Wine Bar?
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to join our team.
20-25 hours per week
Primarily evening work with intermittent daytime work
Must be available on weeknights and Saturdays
Duties include but are not limited to:
staff scheduling, food and beverage inventory management, and managing and leading all front-of-house duties.

Prior restaurant or bar experience
Beverage and food inventory experience
Knowledge of KS liquor laws
