Substitute Teacher Service, (STS) is looking for a Human Resources Representative for our busy, fast-paced Aston office. We are actively recruiting candidates with the proper credentials and training.
This position will start ASAP for candidates who meet the criteria described herein. This position is currently offered as a 10.5 month position with 6 weeks off during the summer or fulltime 12 months. You will have the ability to collect unemployment during this time if you choose the 10.5 month option. This position can also be offered as a part-time position, 3 days a week for 12 months.
Candidate requirements: working knowledge of computers; the Internet; Microsoft Office; strong interpersonal, communications and customer service skills; and technical support experience (preferred).
The position: As a member of the Human Resources Team, courteous and professional representatives will provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your day to day tasks will typically revolve around screening and hiring candidates for open positions. We are always onboarding new candidates for temporary positions and need qualified candidates to help in the hiring process. Traveling within the state will be required.
You will need to have the following in order to apply.
- High school diploma and/or higher education
- Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Word, Excel and Access)
- Internet usage of third-party software
- Human Resources experience
- Resume and 3 letters of reference
- Reliable Transportation
