Administrative Assistant - On-Boarding Specialist
Subway of Alaska, Inc. is a locally owned company that has been in business for over 30 years. We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant (AA) On-Boarding Specialist (OBS)to become an essential member of our team. AA / OBS responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Onboarding of new hires.
- Answering the central phone line, greet customers, vendors and employees who come into the Corporate Office.
- Draft various correspondence to customers, staff, and organizations.
- Maintain inventory for smallware’s, office supplies, keys, and uniforms.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Review applications applied online and forward on the Managers.
- Enter various HR related paperwork onto spreadsheets and database.
- Answer employee’s questions related to paychecks, pay-cards
- Coordinate company events.
- Take notes and minutes for all Operations meetings.
- Act as contact person for District Managers.
- Assist Marketing Director in various marketing materials and tracking.
- If necessary, generate reports on maintenance and repairs.
- Point of Contact for Third Party Delivery vendors.
- Filing, copying, and laminating.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements for position:
High school degree or equivalent
3 years Administrative Assistant experience
Confidentiality
High proficiency in Office 365 to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to lift 10 lbs. and use of stairs
Pass drug test and background check
