We are currently looking for a Business Consultant stationed out of New York to join our ever-expanding team.
Position Overview:
As a Business Consultant you will work independently with franchise locations on operational standards, profitability and the implementation of corporate initiatives. You will be
responsible for performing monthly consultations in your assigned territory. During these consultations the focus will be on conducting meaningful analysis of areas of opportunity within the business and presenting recommendations to the franchisee. This would include but is not limited to training programs, customer service, employee relations, restaurant appearance, advertising & marketing, or profitability & controls.
Who is the ideal candidate?
Minimum 3 years of QSR management either in a territory management or store management role in the food service industry, Subway experience preferred
- Above average computer/technology knowledge.
- Able to exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions.
- Demonstrated relationship building and coaching skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence organizational changes.
- Ability to multi-task, self-manage, and interact effectively with various personality
types.
- Excellent communications, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region and outside of the State
as required.
- Valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract - within state
guidelines.
- Personal vehicle is used for the position - reimbursement
compensation package included.
