What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at Subway?
The Administrative Assistant will support and assist general office activities and projects with administrative tasks and provide customer service support. Under moderate supervision, work may involve contact with homeowners and board members. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a one-person office environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Organizing and preparing correspondence relating to association business.
- Receiving and responding to incoming calls from homeowners, Board members and vendors.

Assist in processing pool passes, checking on multiple pool facilities within the community
- Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail for the office and Associations.
- Preparing and assisting community managers with monthly board packages and in house mailings.
- Updating homeowner and association information in C3 and shared files.
- Relieving concierge/telephone operators on an as needed basis
- Coordinate the scheduling for the Conference Room and the Meeting Room. Ensure rooms are left clean after parties.
- Support the planning and attend all special events to be held at property on the weekends.
