G.M. MANAGER
Join the largest Subway Franchisee in Central Florida and one of the Largest in the Country! At DEI we are all about having fun in our newly remodeled family oriented stores. You will direct the overall restaurant management by directing the staff to ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards. As our awesome Manager you will maintain Subway standards, recruits friendly faces, conduct inventory, money control, guide the neighborhood marketing initiatives to promote sales, and most of all exceptional customer service will help you make extra money!
Our Awesome Manager will have the following:
- A Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Fast Casual Restaurant Management experience.
- Recruits, and rewards the staff as needed.
- Communicates changes of food formulas and standards.
- Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained.
- Maintains and analyzes business records.
- Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
- Plans special events and promotions as needed.
