- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including snow shoveling in winter and preventative maintenance across all resort properties.
- Diagnose and repair problems with little supervision. The ability to work with other departments and have a courteous demeaner is essential when interacting with guests.
- Perform evening shift building rounds – check pool, mechanical rooms checklist, mitigate slip& fall hazards.
- Will also assist with special event set-up and breakdown.
- Prior experience in building trades is preferred.
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person, on a 2-way radio, and on the telephone.
- Will need a valid driver license and must pass a motor vehicle check, as company vehicle use is expected.
- High School Education or equivalency degree required.
- Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions, i.e., rain, snow, wind. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
