sugaringLA has 5 locations in Southern California that serve as the company flagship studios. Our headquarters is located in Carlsbad, with our Los Angeles focus centered on Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach. In Spring of 2023, sugaringLA will began supporting new franchise partners in US markets! We've also recently launched an 8 product, 'clean beauty' hair removal and skin care line that is carried by big retail partners, including Free People and Macys!
Job description
sugaringLA is hiring a Studio Manager! You must LOVE customer service and pride yourself in being that personality who welcomes clients with radiant kindness and professionalism. This is an essential role as you'll be the first point of contact in our studio, which puts you at the heart of our client experience. Studio Manager is a high-detailed solution and educational based role. You are the epitome of the sLA brand to ensure staff feels fully supported. Being a leader for our team means you have a responsibility to promote mature positivity without the drama. The ideal Manager is organized, follows efficient procedures and implementations, and has a passion for exemplary customer service. There is much room for growth so we are looking for someone who wants to make a career with sugaringLA, as there are always exciting things ahead!
----Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Overseeing the daily operations of the studio
- Understanding Implementation of all sLA protocols and procedures
- Overseeing and curating the studio’s Mindbody scheduling
- Managing the studios’ product inventory, retail, studio materials, etc
- Help the studio and team’s growth - implementing staff goals revolving around rebooking, add-on services, retail sales, garnered reviews, etc
- Using KPI reports to strategize effect solutions for the studio
- Hiring, training, and scheduling new staff
Requirements:
- Must be able to work Wednesday-Sunday; 8 hours per day
- 2 years in Customer Service (Spa/Salon reception is a plus)
- 1 year experience managing people
-MindBody booking software experience required
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Ability to problem-solve with a keen attention to detail
