Job Description;
Camline SPC System Management: Camline SPC Administration, installation and site implementation
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of the Camline SPC software and Database.
- Ensure the system is up-to-date with the latest software releases and updates.
- Set up user accounts and access levels, maintaining security and permissions for system users.
Database Installation and Administration:
- Install and configure the necessary databases to support the Camline SPC system.
- Ensure the databases are optimized for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Data Management:
- Collect, analyze, and manage manufacturing data from different sources to feed into the SPC system.
- Monitor the accuracy and integrity of data to ensure the effectiveness of statistical analysis.
SPC Process Development:
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify critical control points and define appropriate control charts.
- Design and develop new SPC templates and reports based on process requirements.
Process Monitoring and Control:
- Monitor real-time production processes using the SPC system to identify deviations and potential issues.
- Alert relevant stakeholders and management about out-of-control situations or process variations.
Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the Camline SPC software effectively.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users regarding system functionalities and data interpretation.
Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with process owners to analyze trends and patterns, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions based on SPC analysis.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of SPC procedures, system configurations, and changes.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and relevant departments, highlighting process performance and improvements.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal quality policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to the SPC system and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SPC Administrator, Quality Engineer, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Statistical Process Control principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Camline SPC software or other SPC software systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor domain would be an added advantage.
- At least one End to End implementation / Migration for semiconductor.
