Summary :
Removes Trash. Performs window, wall, & carpet cleaning. Operates & provides basic maintenance of battery, electrical, and propane powered floor and surface equipment.
Cleans and moves equipment and furniture.
Formal Education Required :
a. High school diploma or equivalent
Experience & Training Required :
a. Experience desirable, but not required.
a. Must maintain confidentiality
b. Must be cooperative
c. Must have knowledge of good housekeeping practices.
d. Must be able to adjust to changes and be able to follow instructions, oral and written.
e. Must be alert and have knowledge of equipment and proper use of supplies
f. Population Specific Competency : Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients / customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
Level of Physical Demands :
a. Must stand, walk, stoop, reach, climb safety ladders. Good habits of personal hygiene. Must be able to lift heavy objects or maneuver various equipment or furniture.
$15.45 / hr - $19.01 / hr
The salary range on this job posting / advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
