Summary:
Assumes 24 hour accountability for patient care based on the biological, physical, and psycho-social sciences, fiscal operations and systems that support patient care for assigned areas of responsibility. Communicates and exemplifies vision for change for interdisciplinary unit teams and practice groups including coaching, mentoring, directing, supporting, teaching and empowering. Utilizes corporate strategic plans and service excellence policies as framework to plan and deliver high quality patient care in a cost effective manner.

Formal Education Required:
- BSN required, or MSN.
- Masters degree preferred or agreement to complete Masters within four (4) years.
- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Ohio.
Experience and Training Required:
- Two (2) years nursing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.

- Possesses excellent communication, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
