We are looking for a rockstar to join our high functioning People Operations Department, working to help make the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District the best possible place to work. You will help us recruit the talent that makes us a top tier utility, continually improve our HRIS system, assist with building our People Analytics capacity, make our people programs more efficient, and handle the matters of the moment.

This position will be expected to do a bit of everything, but recruitment, training, and development will be main focuses. This position makes sure our employees have what they need, that we are hiring the best people, and that our culture is going in the right direction. This is a great role for someone that has years of experience on a people team and is looking to take their skills to the next level. We are a data-driven bunch of talented people professionals that is always looking to crack the code on employee engagement. We care more about employees as human beings than numbers on a spreadsheet. Recruitment, survey, and uniform program experience is highly desired. A background in industrial-organizational psychology, business administration, public administration, or data would be helpful.

Why work for us?

As a Department, the People Operations team has a varied skillset, with expertise on a variety of topics that make us unique.
