Job Summary:
We are seeking a Spa Manager/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advanced computer skills, client booking & following up experience, detail oriented, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Assist with data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services
Skills:
- Strong background in sales and customer service
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
