What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Summit Careers Inc?
We have an immediate opening for 2nd shift Machine Operators
Monday - Friday 2p-10:30pm
Candidates must be able to train with the lead trainer on 1st shift for 2-3 months or until completion of their training.
Training on 1st shift (6a - 2:30p)
Responsibilities of the Machine Operators include:
- Load/unload material into machines
- Organize facility space
- Periodic inspecting of parts for visual defects
- Abilities to assist in other areas of the facility as needed
- Extrusion machine operation preferred
Requirements of the Machine Operator include:
- Previous machine experience
- Solid work history
- Must be a fast learner
- Must have a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Physical labor, occasionally wheeling weight of 50-80 lbs
