One year previous recruiting experience in health care preferred.
Demonstrate recruitment best practices and support talent acquisition initiatives.
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Screen talent pools to confirm qualifications including: experience, knowledge and attributes, interest, job fit.
Manages candidate database for potential candidates maintaining proactive and timely communication with all candidates in process.
Create searches for qualified candidates to maintain a talent pipeline.
Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online database, employee referrals, internal databases, internal and external recruiting events.
Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by analyzing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement.
Assist with onboarding and new employee orientation coordination and facilitation.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
