- Location: Wilson, Loveland, Colorado
- Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week
As an admission navigator, the employee will provide exceptional customer service while performing a broad range of clinical support duties in an outpatient behavioral health clinic setting. The position requires the following duties: answering calls, scheduling clients for services, discussing paperwork requirements, and providing information regarding clinical services offered. In addition, the position requires work within the DocuSign program, sending out and receiving agency paperwork and documenting results in the medical record system. Other tasks include but are not limited to assisting clinicians in completing paperwork to support their clinical services.
This position requires a high proficiency in computer skills; the ability to clearly and professionally document work, manage a high volume of emails, and communicate effectively with colleagues, consumers, and community partners. This position requires the staff person to have excellent organizational skills, to be detail oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires someone who is comfortable interfacing with clients accessing substance and/or mental health services.

Experience and background we look for:
- Required: Minimum of 1 year experience in a related position; High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with clean record.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree; Bilingual/Bicultural; Experience with medical office setting.
Wage Ranges are based on a 40-hr. work week.
- $15.00/HR. to $21.00
