We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative DevOps Engineer with a strong emphasis on containerization expertise. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of emerging technologies inside of the Department of Defense. If you have a deep understanding of containerized production environments, a complete understanding of the DevOps process, and a passion for emerging technologies, we want you to be part of our cutting-edge projects.
\n- Design and maintain scalable solutions using Terraform.
- Provision VMs, Containers and prototype solutions for customized software development teams.
- Configure and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for efficient CI/CD
- Troubleshoot network issues on virtual and physical switches and firewalls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Optimize Azure services for security, monitoring, and cost efficiency.
- Implement best practices for cloud infrastructure.
- Implement modern code development practices for multiple DoD programs.
- Develop scripts for automation, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Implement monitoring solutions and proactive issue identification.
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or minimum six (6) years or more of related experience.
- Proven DevOps experience with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with VM provisioning and customized team solutions.
- Candidate must be a US-only Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-400).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Experience with datacenter architectures (cluster computing, fault tolerant, or high availability system).
- Familiarity with The Phoenix Project
- Experience creating automated systems.
- Comptia Security certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
