To be considered for Program Manager Director role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, with ten years of professional work experience.
Six years of Program Management and Program Leadership experience.
Aerospace or defense industry experience required space preferred.
Experience working in a fast pace, complex environment with a focus on quality and financial performance.
Ability to lead, organize, and influence people.
Knowledge of project management tools including Earned Value Management.
Experience with MS Project.
As a Program Director, you will:
Increase the program likelihood of success through the appropriate application of the following processes: Project Planning; Project Monitoring and Control; Organization Management; Change Management; and Risk Management
Ensure coordination between all program elements by developing program plans and schedules and to ensure compliance with program plans by managing the status of cost, schedule and task completion.
Achieve resolution of outstanding issues through the conductance of daily communications with the customer, the company's management, and the company's functional organizations. This includes support of a tiered escalation process for communicating up and down internally.
Lead Program Managers and support employee talent development through leading and coaching.
Sustain and expand the organizations book of business through the leadership and/or support of proposal teams and business capture campaigns.
Achieve program/project goals through application of program management principles within the confines of scope schedule and budget.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements through coordination and management of all program activities.
Lead the Program Management team to develop and institute processes and tools that will establish a Program Management Framework for the Business Unit
Work across functional departments to coordinate and deconflict resource assignments and labor charging allocations.
Monitor cost and schedule risks and devise proactive mitigation plans to remove/minimize impacts to program performance.

Salary: $150,592.70 - $180,003.72 per year
