Job Duties
- Maintain daily communication with Director of Operations
- Provide Quality Control of Service Department
- Monitor and control the performance of the department using appropriate reporting and tracking systems.
- Monitor technicians' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.
- Ensure teams have and use equipment required to perform roles efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring clear communication and understanding of expectations.
- Act as point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
- Review equipment for safety needs and report maintenance issues.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Issue all appropriate paperwork.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports within CRM.
- May be required to speak with previous customers to aid in the resolution of problems and questions.
Job Requirements
- Ideally having prior solar PV experience to manage the delivery of both corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Prior knowledge of Smart Energy Solutions operations preferred
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Will be required to travel occasionally.
