Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Masters Degree from an accredited university
- New JerseySchool Psychology License
- Must have strong school-based experience
- Must have Pre-K testing experience
- Experience working with Special Education students
Job Details:
- Full-Time
- 8:35 am - 3:00 pm
- Caseload: Elementary & Middle School
- Work hand-in-hand with administrators, teachers and a multi-disciplinary team to collectively help students with disabilities, learning disorders, developmental delays and other health impairments thrive.
- Serves as member of the IEP team for students with psychological concerns
- Provide counseling, instruction, and mentoring for those struggling with social, emotional, and behavioral problems.
- Administer and evaluate standard psychological tests to assess the intellectual, educational, emotional, social, and behavioral development of referred students, if needed
- Proficiency to conduct psycho-educational evaluations of school-aged children identified or suspected of having learning or behavioral disabilities, and to develop reports on findings
