Client is currently looking for an IT superstar to be our Manager, Information Technology. This position will partner with the Director, IT and engage in all areas of IT to insure alignment between IT and the operational and strategic goals of the business. The successful candidate must be willing to work independently in a structured, standards driven enterprise while being flexible enough to “do what it takes” to keep the company on track with internal growth as well as continuing to monitor and improve the service and support to our customers. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking, not afraid to recommend improvements to the enterprise – or the standards – for the benefit of the company. This position reports to the Director of IT.

Responsibilities:
Manage server, desktop and virtual environments.
Maintain and update any computer software and hardware
Maintain communication and internet infrastructure and ensure security of systems
Provide recommendations on strategic IT planning, budgeting and new technology that would enhance information gathering and company efficiency
Manage the implementation and support of any special or ongoing IT projects
Stay abreast of technology as it relates to company and industry advancements

Skills and Abilities
Master of IT engineering in a Microsoft environment with local and remote end users.
Workstations, Servers, Active Directory, Office 365
Leading a geographically distributed team of other IT professionals.
Experience with Project Management
Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN technology and architecture
Possess an understanding of:
Systems management
EMM/MDM
Experience with VMware and Telephony
Experience with Application and Web design
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to successfully implement process improvements
Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Salary: $100,778.00 - $120,733.00 per year
