IT Specialist

SOFT SKILLS:

- Seeking a technically strong individual with SOLID customer service skills.

- Ability to self manage projects you are working on and be able to take initiative

- Good customer service skills are necessary

- Ability to work professionally at customer sites

- Ability to speak and write clearly

- Ability to work independently

- Flexibility to perform different types of tasks in the same day

- Reliable and able to take direction

- Unique individual with some sales/marketing experience is a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Minimum IT Experience: 2 years experience in most of areas below.

- Ability to troubleshoot and research solutions without assistance

- Desktop Setup/Configuration Experience: MS Windows 10/11, Mac, Linux(a plus), ChromeOS(a plus)

- Server Experience: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Mac Server (Linux a plus)

- Network Experience: Network troubleshooting & maintenance. Network design/engineering a plus.

- MSP Software/Services knowledge or ability to learn quickly

- Understanding Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP

- Basic understanding of maintaining cloud computing

- Cabling Experience a plus: Data & Phone -- CAT 6, Coaxial, Security Camera.

- Solid understanding of WiFi (configuration and deployment a BIG plus)

- Knowledge of popular Internet security software to include: anti- virus/spyware/malware/etc.

- Networking skills (TCP/IP, wired and wireless 802.11)

- MS Word/Excel/Outlook troubleshooting necessary

- A , Network , MCP, CCNA, MCSE, MSE and other IT Certifications a PLUS

- Security Cameras (IP and CCTV) & VoIP Phone System Experience a plus!
