- Self - Motivated and Driven!
- Previous experience in door to door or canvassing preferred but not required
- Willing to professionally canvass neighborhoods for new solar leads
- Strong communication skills! You enjoy speaking with new people and have a positive attitude!
- Must be coachable and a team player
- You have reliable transportation and are willing attend all team meetings and trainings
HOW YOU WILL WIN!
Always smile and have fun doing your job! Having the ability to hold a conversation and listen to prospective customers needs and concerns. Going door to door and setting up appointments for our closing team.
Additional responsibilities.... will include obtaining energy bills from prospective clients, answering any questions customers may have, and assisting office manager with training new reps (ambassador program)
Job Type: Full-time, Uncapped Commission
Pay: $1,200.00 - $5,000
