Job Description:
We are seeking caring and dependable caregivers to provide essential support to our clients. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being and independence of individuals by offering compassionate and personalized assistance tailored to their unique needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as required.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of childcare, working with people with autism, hospice care, and patient care is a plus.
- Ability to provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
