Description
Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator in Kansas City, MO. The IAM Administrator has responsibility for day-to-day IAM tasks as well as working with the organization on wider IAM related requirements.
- Responsible for management/oversight of user account provisioning, modification and termination across all systems.
- Undertake access certification reviews in line with both internal and external requirements.
- Manage daily functions of IAM-related ITSM system responsibilities. Accurately and thoroughly document with appropriate detail in request tickets and tracking system. Ensure timely and high quality resolution of assigned user requests and issues.
- Manage IAM system and related technologies.
Education / Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of five years’ experience of user access provisioning and related systems, processes, procedures and work instructions.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities related to user access provisioning.
- Strong verbal/written skills and the ability to effectively interface with internal business clients, internal audit, regulators, and senior management.
