What are the responsibilities and job description for the RBT (11 am - 1:30 pm) position at Sunflower Development Center?
Sunflower Development Center is seeking either entry level or experienced individuals eager to start their career in Applied Behavior Therapy (ABA). This is a home-based position. Sunflower Development Center is dedicated to providing quality and compassionate ABA services as well as creating a supportive and rewarding environment for our staff.
Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.
Our requirements:
- Reliability, Professionalism, Enthusiasm
- Entry level or experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
- Continuous supervision and support offered at all levels
- High School Diploma/GED required at minimum
- Earn Your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Full-time and part-time position available (day and afternoon hours)

Requirements:
- Professional or personal experience working with children
- A love for playing! Must be comfortable sitting on the floor, standing up,lifting or objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and occasionally getting messy!
