Forklift Operator

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 DOE

Shedule: Monday – Friday (Currently running weekend OT schedule)

3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am

SunGold Foods, a Red River Commodities company, transforms sunflower seeds and select other specialty crops into tasty, high-quality food ingredients and food products. SunGold Foods is looking for solution minded individuals as a Warehouse Associate for our plant located in Horace, ND.

Job Summary

Supports the plant production in a fast-paced environment. This role is primarily responsible for loading/unloading and moving product safely in or out of the warehouse. This position is primarily driving forklift but may require some moderate lifting and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

· Load and unload semi using sit-down and stand-up forklifts or pallet jacks

· Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock, locating orders and printing requests

· Prepares and place orders in shipping/staging area.

· Completes reports and enters required information correctly

· Utilize RF Scanning or computerized inventory system to log product and shipments

· Maintains a clean and safe work environment, keeping shelving and work area clean

· Contributes to team effort and aids in accomplishing company or department goals

Qualifications & Required Skills

· 2-3 years of warehouse experience, specifically loading trucks, preferred

· Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience required, Forklift Certification preferred

· Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively, required

· RF scanner experience preferred

· Inventory Control and data entry

• Horace, ND: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
