We are looking for a key position on the marketing team to ensure we maintain our leadership position and drive conversion online.
The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist is data-driven and action-oriented with sharp business acumen, familiarity with B2C & B2B marketing, and deep experience in using data to inform strategy. This role will primarily be responsible for building a pipeline of high-impact, high-velocity web optimizations, page redesigns, and landing page experiments that will drive low-intent users down the funnel with testing and planning to drive more qualified leads. This role serves as a key stakeholder in building our marketing and sales consumer journey through all channels, working to optimize all communication and marketing channels, such as website, chat, SMS, email, social, and SEM/SEO.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and document current customer journey through marketing and sales pipeline, evaluating at all channels
- Manage the business experimentation process with stakeholders, test ideation, development, test setup, results and recommendations
- Oversee and implement the entire A/B/N test-ideate-build-analysis process as well as implementation and monitoring of winning test variations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a roadmap of cross-channel experiments rooted in user research and analysis.
- Optimize landing pages, Ecommerce pages, forms, and overall messaging through all marketing channels working with key stakeholders.
- Provide and implement strategic UX, content and design targeted to increase the number of form completions without decreasing the quality of the leads and leveraging our headless CRM
