What you will do?
We are looking for an individual that is passionate about customer experience and resolving negative situations and turning them into positive ones. You will be the main point person in charge and opportunity to create a process, a system and build the foundation of a Customer Service department. In other words, a lot of room for growth as this is a new department being created for a very fast growing company and you are the person in charge.
