What you will do?

We are looking for an individual that is passionate about customer experience and resolving negative situations and turning them into positive ones. You will be the main point person in charge and opportunity to create a process, a system and build the foundation of a Customer Service department. In other words, a lot of room for growth as this is a new department being created for a very fast growing company and you are the person in charge.

Pay is competitive and it ranges from $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Act as Internal Quality Control for Sunlux and the main driver for the customer service department
  • Often the face of the company - will develop and maintain relationship with existing and future customers
  • Receive and close out service tickets; customer complaints, troubleshooting, educating them, reflect a positive image
  • Responsible for contacting customers after each sales consultation as well as after the project has been completed to understand what the company did right and what it did wrong and how it can improve
  • Conduct surveys and create standardized review/scoring system to see if our quality is improving with our customers
  • Work with management to resolve any customers that have had issues and ensure their happiness and drive referrals
  • Ask for reviews and referrals and drive customer satisfaction
  • Other general office duties or work when days are light
