Essential Job Functions
Oversee all front office and reception tasks. Maintain records of accounts payable, reconcile accounts payable with invoices. Maintain and update contracts with equipment vendors (i.e. copier, staples account, etc.). Helps to coordinate all reservations with F&B department in season.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing the club book
2. Purchase and maintain office supplies, monthly supply inventory
3. Supervise the activity and performance of the front desk receptionist
4. Receives and reconciles payments on accounts
5. Helps maintain membership records
6. Responds to member billing inquires, as needed
7. Maintains daily, weekly and monthly receivable deposits
8. Performs accounts payable functions to include but not limited to: processing invoices, making payments, statements reconciliation, and accurate record keeping
9. Assists Controller in preparing month-end financial statements, as needed
10. Handles assigned projects as they relate to the administrative and financial departments and the club’s needs

Front Desk Receptionist
The position involves answering phones, making reservations, working with a private club membership, using all Microsoft office programs, a POS system and google office. Someone who has a marketing background is a plus. This position will also help create event flyers and Food & Beverage menus in accordance with the Club's marketing director.
We need someone who is a team player, good at multi-tasking, can manage stress and likes to have fun at work.
