Summary of Role:
We are seeking an exciting and dynamic sales operations leader to help turbocharge SunPower’s next exciting phase of growth. This role will interface will all levels of leadership across multiple functions to help shape the culture and processes needed to support our growth trajectory. Your goal is to provide market intelligence and analytical support that helps our sales team and leadership identify the most important places to invest their time and grow market share. You will also build incentive structures and management systems that maximize the output of our sales team. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Senior Director, Residential Channel Sales for weekly business reviews with EVP, Chief Marketing Officer and CEO
- Facilitate process for recurring data exchanged between sales leadership and salespeople
- Ensure alignment between sales bookings targets and FP&A shipments plan or identify gaps that could cause a shortfall to our sales objectives
- Organize and publish market intelligence to internal stakeholders
- Identify geographies and market segments where SunPower is weak and support salespeople to document growth strategies
- Design incentive plans that reinforce sales culture focused on achievement and growth
- Advise senior management on overall policy and long-term goal development
- Develop analyst staff into future SunPower leaders
Recommended Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience
- Some people management experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
- Capability to organize complex datasets in Excel
- Previous work with business intelligence tools such as Qliksense or Tableau
