What we are looking for in you
- Must be credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by the BACB
- Unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality of ethical care and work environment
- Proven, measurable development of skill acquisition and behavior plans
- Experience or willingness to learn a variety of best practices in assessments across domains such as but not limited to PEAK, VB-MAPP, AFLS, AIM, Socially Savvy, and Essentials for Living.
- Knowledgeable or interested in Natural Environment Teaching, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Verbal Behavior, Incidental Teaching, Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention, My Way, and Precision Teaching.
- Coordination of care with multiple disciplines, including Special Education Professionals, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Pediatricians, and Neurologists
- This is a very physically demanding job that requires you to play on the floor, run, climb, stand for a long time, jump on trampolines, dance, twirl, and successfully match the energy of our learners. This could include but is not limited to lifting at least 50 pounds.
- Meet with therapists on cases for 1 hour each on a bi-weekly basis*
- Insurance Billable hours of 25 per week for full time
- Insurance Billable hours for (10-20) per week part time; 50% of Non-insurance billable hours (i.e administrative, programming, creating visual stimuli, developing trainings )
- The BCBA may conduct Parent trainings with parents who opt in weekly or bi-weekly parent trainings
- Conducting monthly clinic/progress meetings with parents/guardians
- Work with and oversee Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians to implement individualized treatment plans as per agency standards and BACB requirements
- Ensure data is collected during each session and sessions notes are uploaded
- Attend staff trainings and agency meetings voluntarily
- Be able to work with a diverse team of professionals to provide the best behavioral services possible to clients
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
- All offers are contingent upon verified reference checks and successfully passing of fingerprinting criminal history background check, and drug testing.

Virtual first interview with a dedicated Sunrise team member.
Second and a final interview video interview with a Clinical Director/BCBA
