What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Market Manager position at Sunrise Delivery?
Professionally execute Sunrise Delivery’s market strategies while remaining laser focused on customer satisfaction in all accounts. Must be able to direct the team members to safely, effectively and efficiently maintain the stock levels of shelves, coolers, displays, back stock, and warehouse inventory. The Regional Manager will also aggressively pursue new business and will also be required to build incremental sales through existing accounts. The Regional Manager is responsible for working with all team members to minimize out of date and damaged product within all accounts. Works daily with team members to recognize opportunities, professionally sell Sunrise Delivery products, and services to all customers according to company goals and customer needs. Executes marketing strategies to achieve monthly sales volume, profit, distribution, and merchandising goals according to company plans. Responsible for capturing various pieces of sales information and translating this into actionable plan in assigned accounts on daily / weekly basis. Maintains consistent communication team members to identify and eliminate execution and pricing issues. Responsible for developing business opportunities, identifying issues and reporting back to General Manager. This includes new and competitive account development, account specific promotional activity, shelf space, rack space, and product placement. Work with General Manager to insure execution of all activity at store level. Provide input into development of Sunrise Delivery’s promotional, brand, and package strategies. Primary focus is achieving sales volume and profitability while assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operational needs. Sunrise Delivery offers a complete benefit package.
