Sunshine is looking for outgoing, friendly and motivated Marketing and Sales Specialist to build brand awareness, merchandise, and conduct samplings of our great tasting, better for you energy drinks. As a Part-Time Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will be the face of Sunshine at various events, including merchandising, grassroots marketing initiatives, and occasionally in-store sampling demos. You will work closely with the Sunshine Events Manager and Sales Manager or Sales Coordinator that oversees your territory. You will receive appropriate training materials prior to entering the field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform store surveys in retail locations, which will require physically visiting each assigned store
· Survey activities will include, but are not limited to:
· Check placement to verify Sunshine is in stock and in the correct position(s)
· Confirm pricing and promotional tags are accurate and placed
· If needed, replenish shelves with available inventory in back-stock
· Source incremental placement for Sunshine, including cooler and display opportunities
· Capture in-store photos as instructed by Sunshine Sales Manager/Coordinator
· Record all in-store activity and findings outlined above in detail and report back to Sunshine Sales Manager/Coordinator on a daily basis
· Hosting of in-store retail demos and events (will vary due to COVID)
· Capture demo results by timely reporting all pertinent info into tracking systems
· Represent Sunshine at marketing events
· Communication of success stories, key learning’s and other activities to management
· Take photographs and videos that showcase the brand and capture event activity for social media
$15 per hour

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to engage a crowd and naturally outgoing personality
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Ability to represent the brand in a highly positive manner
· Understanding of the relevant market and surrounding area
· Strong team player but also possessing the ability to work independently
· Self-starter that is organized and reliable
· You must have reliable and efficient transportation to get to assigned stores
· Must have device to capture and send photos
· The ability to work during the week. Day and hours will be driven by retail needs and may change week to week. Timing is somewhat flexible and can be worked out directly with the Sales Manager or Coordinator
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Willingness to travel within regional footprint
· Reliable transportation
· Be able to lift 60 pounds
· Be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time, up to eight (8) hours
· Must have a valid driver's license
· Must pass a criminal background check
· Own a smart phone, and have access to computer and email
· Desire to grow with role and company
