The Risk and Compliance Analyst will oversee risk, safety, and compliance for multiple locations across multiple states. This role is responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks that may impact the safety and well-being of our residents, staff, and overall operations. The primary objective will be to partner with our community and departmental leaders to identify risk factors and drive policy/procedure change to ensure consistent compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Risk Assessment
- Conduct regular risk assessments of our senior living communities, including analyzing potential hazards, evaluating existing safety protocols, and identifying areas for improvement.
Risk Mitigation
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the likelihood and impact of identified risks. This may involve recommending and implementing changes to policies, procedures, and practices.
Training and Education
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate staff members on risk management practices, emergency response protocols, and the importance of maintaining a safe environment for residents and employees.
Claims Management
- Collaborate with insurance providers to manage insurance policies, including reviewing coverage, filing claims, and maintaining accurate records of insurance-related matters.
Emergency Preparedness
- Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency preparedness plans and protocols, including conducting drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of emergency response procedures.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and analyze data related to incidents, claims, and risk management activities. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and providing recommendations for improvements.
Collaborative Approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, facilities management, and human resources, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to risk management throughout the organization.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
