Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities and actively manage the performance of the Install Teams
- This position will be responsible for the install projects from scheduling to final inspection
- Ensure team members are completing jobs with excellent quality
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve and recommend process changes to support increased efficiency of the teams
- Effectively manage the headcount and Installers to meet the demands of the business and ensure goals are met
- Review and approve employee timecards
- Provide performance feedback and coaching
- Assist the Install teams as needed to improve and deliver excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned
- Enforce company and safety policies
Requirements
- Solar experience required
- Electrical experience required
- Management experience required
