Job Description
- Troubleshooting Solar(String Inverters, Optimizers and AC Microinverter Systems) and Storage
- Report Findings through notes and pictures via mobile app
- Replacing Inverters, Optimizers, and Monitoring Equipment
- Act as a subject matter expert for customers during appointments and provide quality customer service
Requirements:
- Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Valid driver license
- 2-5 Years Residential Solar Experience (Install or Technician)
- Familiarity with NEC Codes
Experience Preferred: Storage Training/Service Experience (Tesla, Enphase, LG Chem)

You must be comfortable working with a variety of technologies and equipment -mobile device apps and laptop software and willing to participate in battery training as the technologies advance. This is a highly independent role and we are seeking a self starter who has clear communication skills.
