• Responsible for the cleaning of all areas designated to the particular schedule.
• Depending on schedule, open the building in the morning at specified time and secure all areas of the building at night.
• Clean and maintain areas such as, but not limited to, kitchens, dining areas, rest rooms, grease traps, hallways, etc.
• Clean floors, walls, ceilings, windows, rugs and related kitchen and office equipment.
• Assist other employees in the performance of their jobs as directed by supervisor or Unit Manager.
• Observe safety and sanitation standards.
• Report any damages or break downs to Building Engineer or Supervisor.
• May be asked to complete other related tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Must be knowledgeable of and able to operate the following equipment: rug shampoo machine, vacuum cleaner, buffer, dishwasher, and other related equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work efficiently and productively on your own, with little to no supervision.
• Must be able to deal with customers in a pleasant manner, upholding a high level of customer service.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
