Engage Hospitality is actively seeking a new team-focused, hands-on General Manager. Engage Hospitality has grown to become Northern California's leading hotel operator representing over 20 unique properties.
As General Manager, you will direct and coordinate the activities of the hotel to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through direct report supervisors. The ideal candidate is passionate and committed to the business at an ownership level and manages people to inspire loyalty and maximize performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping and maintenance.
- Develop and execute strategies and tactics that will result in achievement of our budgeted revenue and profit goals
- Engage with individuals/groups and be comfortable in social situations.
- Establish and maintain guest service standards that exceed guests' expectations.
- Manage guest and community relations.
- Monitor financial performance and control costs pursuant to the annual operating budget.
- Participate in community and industry organizations as the primary representative of the hotel.
- Maintain the property to Engage Hospitality standards.
- Manage individual department supervisors that are responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the hotel.
- Direct, coordinate, and evaluate these departments.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
- Interview; hire; train; supervise; plan, assign, and direct work of; appraise performance of; reward; and discipline department supervisors.
- Address employee complaints and resolve employee problems.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
