About the Role
The Logistics and Fulfillment department focuses on the most cost effective and expeditious transport for our products from factory departure to inventory to delivery for our customers on a global basis. They review orders for fraud, assist with customer delivery issues, and lead the chargeback dispute process.
We are seeking a Fulfillment Manager that will act as the primary contact with the 3PLs, be responsible for the fulfillment of orders, as well as report out on KPIs and budget performance. This position will also manage 1 Warehouse Associate, and also be responsible for inbound/outbound shipments at Super73 HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact between 3PL providers and Super73.
- Manage day to day 3PL order fulfillment, inbound receiving and outbound shipments at Super73 HQ.
- Review and respond to customer service inquiries; provide confirmation of delivery as needed to comply with credit card authorizations.
- Responsible for order fulfillment within SLA at 3PL partners.
- Ensure that order fulfillment data flows between 3PL(s) and Super73 systems.
- Gather, maintain, and report fulfillment KPI data and metrics.
- Develop and manage the budget for 3PL spend.

- Travel to meet with domestic fulfillment partners and EU counterparts on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience working with 3rd party fulfillment for B2C and B2B orders required.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with fulfillment of consumer electronics, durable goods, or consumer goods containing lithium-ion batteries.
- Familiar with Shopify platform preferred.
- Understanding of small parcel shipping and LTL environments.
- Experience with credit card validation on orders and dispute resolution preferred.
