Position Overview:
As an Overnight Fleet-Commercial Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Superior Automotive Group by fostering strong relationships with commercial clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the unique needs of businesses and provide tailored automotive solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional manner – both in person and over the phone
- Provide superior customer service by listening to the customer, asking probing questions to ensure understanding of their needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate via phone and email
- Pull parts from stock and re-order if necessary
- Maintain the Parts Department in an organized manner
- Package and ship parts as needed
- Remain familiar with current advertised specials
- Coordinate with the Parts Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Skills necessary to be successful in this role include:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving history
- Automotive parts experience at a dealership and or aftermarket parts (O'Reilly’s, AutoZone) - Minimum 2 years
- Familiarity with CDK is highly preferred
- This position will require applicants to be able to learn/use multiple software programs. Google/Excel spreadsheet experience is highly preferred
- High attention to detail and organizational skills - Lots of moving Parts!
- Proficient time management and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner
- Outgoing, personable, and motivated with superior work ethic
- Able to adapt to change quickly
- Lifting is required

Schedule:
- Additional $10K per year for night time position.
- 4 day work week. Current schedule will be Monday evening Thursday evening from 5pm. - 3am. ***Schedule is subject to change***
