Compensation
- Highly competitive commission with pay potential of $75k to $200k

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Professional, buttoned-up appearance and delivery
- Desire to be successful with a winning attitude
- Must be able to work minimum of a 5 day a week
- Hard-working, integrity-ridden
- Relationship builder
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Time Management
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Background and Drug Screen testing
Responsibilities:
- Visit 2-3 homes a day providing multi-scope project presentations to warm prospects daily
- Be thorough in your effort to educate and build value with the SuperiorPRO offerings/solutions
- Follow-up diligently
- Attend bi-monthly sales meeting/training sessions
- Meet goals and commitments
- Team player
- Self-motivated, highly driven
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office and various software Aps
